GENERAL TERMS
This document – “Terms and conditions of use of the site urbanescapegame.ro” (hereinafter referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) sets out the conditions under which any person may visit or access the site at www.urbanescapegame.ro ( hereinafter referred to as “the Site” and / or “Urban Escape Game”), and has the value of an agreement concluded between MIDAS YGREC SRL, CUI 46070535, registered at the Trade Register under number J26 / 698/2022, address Ungheni 296A, Ungheni, Mureș County, email contact@urbanescapegame.ro, in its capacity as owner and administrator of the Site, and any person who visits or accesses the Site (hereinafter referred to as “User”). PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the requirements of the REGULATION OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE EU COUNCIL No 679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on data protection) Urban Escape Game has the obligation to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us, as a Customer, by completing the following information: name and surname, address, telephone number, address of e-mail.

- the right to be deleted / the right to be forgotten – means that you have the right and can request that we delete or anonymize your collected data without undue delay, in any of the following situations:
- they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected;
- you have withdrawn your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- you oppose processing;
- data was collected illegally;
- the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation;
- the collection was made with the provision of information society services;
- the right to restrict processing – may be exercised in the following cases:
- the accuracy of the data is challenged for a period that allows us to verify their correctness;
- the processing is illegal, but it is not desired to delete the data but only to restrict them;
- if Urban Escape Game no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them to defend a right in court;

WHO HAS ACCESS TO MY DATA?
Urban Escape Game may transmit or allow access to this data to third parties (called proxies) for the purposes mentioned above, such as:
- IT service providers
- site hosting providers
- payment processors
- the technical provider for the newsletter
- accounting services
- traffic analysis services, as detailed in this document.
These companies have the obligation to use this data safely and exclusively for the purposes specified by Urban Escape Game. All the proxies we work with are in the European Union, and those in the United States of America are enrolled in the US – European Union Privacy Shield program.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Urban Escape Game logo and name is being registered as a trademark with the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks. Any use of the Mark unauthorized by its owner, including the display of the Mark by other sites after the expiration of the authorization, is a violation of specific legislation and will result in civil or criminal penalties, as the case may be and the trademark owner reserves the right to do all steps in this direction.
The content (images, texts, etc.) and the design of Urban Escape Game, including its look & feel and the databases accessible through it, are the property of Urban Escape Game and are protected by the Romanian legislation in force regarding copyright. and related rights. In the case of information and content posted by third parties on the urbanescapegame.ro website or through the Urban Escape Game services, the copyright and responsibility for them belong entirely to those who published that information.
You may copy and print Urban Escape Game content for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of Urban Escape Game content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this document or applicable law is prohibited. Requests to use the content for purposes other than those expressly permitted by this document may be sent to the email address contact@urbanescapegame.ro.
The actions described below are not permitted without the prior written and explicit permission of Urban Escape Game:
- the reproduction or storage of the content, as well as the sending of this content to any other website, server or any other means of storing the information;
- modification, publication, transmission, as well as participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the content, in the absence of prior written permission from Urban Escape Game;

MAJOR FORCE
Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such failure to perform on time and / or properly, in whole or in part, is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
If within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of its occurrence, the event does not
cease each party shall have the right to notify the other party of the full termination of the Contract without any of them being able to claim damages from the other.
FRAUD
Any attempt to access the personal data of another User will be considered an attempted fraud and will trigger a criminal investigation against the person or persons who tried this.
DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW (JURISDICTION)
This Agreement is subject to Romanian law. Any disputes between Urban Escape Game and Customers / Buyers will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, the disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts in Târgu-Mureș.
